The family room was spacious and ideal for our needs, providing a comfortable stay. Service was noteworthy, with every staff member being friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. Free parking was a bonus, though we had to be cautious about registering the vehicle to avoid fines. While the hotel had all essentials, the lack of immediate toiletries upon our arrival was a minor inconvenience.

The warm atmosphere was inviting, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed spacious inter-connecting rooms for a family of five. The place was clean, and the beds? Comfy as a cloud! Location was spot-on for visiting our daughter at the university.

The rooms are a bit dated, like my wardrobe from the '90s! Also, I couldn't snag those IHG points—what a bummer!

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast had such a fantastic variety, and that pancake maker was a hit with my daughter! The gym facilities were perfect for relaxing after our day out.

We had an amazing group vacation! We spent our days at Thorpe Park enjoying thrilling rides and exploring the modern Surrey Sports Park. The food was great and we loved that kids could eat for free. Location was decent, just a mile from town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

However, we did have trouble with the AC in our room, which never got fixed during our stay. That made it a bit uncomfortable at night.

The staff was exceptional from check-in. They gave my daughter this goody bag that made her smile, it was a nice touch that felt personal. And the food was really good too, my room service meal was just the right comfort after a long day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but what you get is worth it.

Breakfast featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. Staff managed everything quickly and were extremely friendly. Room was spacious with big windows letting in natural light.
